Welcome to SocialTale, a product of Codas Labs, LLC. By accessing or using SocialTale, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use SocialTale.

• App: SocialTale, the software application operated by Codas Labs, LLC.
• User: Any individual or entity accessing or using SocialTale.

By using SocialTale, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use SocialTale. By using the App, you warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Codas Labs, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use SocialTale for personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms.

• You agree to use SocialTale in compliance with all applicable laws.
• You must not attempt to interfere with the App’s functionality, security, or integrity.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

Users must not:

• Use SocialTale for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or harms SocialTale or its users.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the App.

Your use of SocialTale is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

All content, trademarks, and proprietary information within SocialTale belong to Codas Labs, LLC. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, or modifying any aspect of the App without prior written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SocialTale at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms.

• SocialTale is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
• Codas Labs, LLC is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codas Labs, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SocialTale.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Codas Labs, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of SocialTale.

Codas Labs, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of SocialTale after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
